We recognize the parenting and family challenges that many of our employees face daily. Through our Care.com Premium Membership, we have unlimited access to the world’s largest online destination for finding and managing family care. Employees have the ability to find ongoing care services for children, adults, seniors, pets, and more, including academic tutoring services. The membership also includes thousands of helpful resources, including parenting tips and a suite of safety tools via the Care.com Safety Center. Listed below is more information about accessing your benefit:

To activate your benefit, go to rmr.care.com and select “Let’s Get Started”, or call 855-781-1303.
You must enter your company email address to validate your employment. Care.com will then send a verification email to your work email address.
Once enrolled, you can then access the benefit by downloading the Care.com app.
